Pratvi Labs Private Limited established a spacious API Intermediates manufacturing unit in Survey Nos. 664, 666, Vinukonda road, kakirala village, DurgiMandal, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh INDIA with sophisticated analytical lab, research and development, three production blocks with skilled, qualified and dedicated team. Unit is also equipped with sufficient utilities and best effluent treatment facilities.

The Quality Control department is extensively equipped with modern analytical instrumentals like HPLCs (6No.s), GCs(4No.s), IR, Melting Range Apparatus, UV- vis Spectrophotometer, K.F. Titrator, etc. and is staffed with trained analysts. It generates the required analytical data for all quality related issues like routine analysis, investigations, validations, method development, compliance with guidelines like ICH, etc.

At Pratvi Labs, we believe that R&D is the key result area for constant growth with value addition to each department of the company. The key responsibility of our R&D department is to develop new and innovative products and to explore cost effective technology for the existing products. This Department is well equipped with all necessary infrastructures along with research books, research journals and other online literature search platforms.

We are planning to start an ultra-modern R & D facility for introducing new molecules of API intermediates, custom synthesis products, intermediates and chemicals etc.

Warehouse is under construction with facilities for sampling both, dispensing booth, packing material room, rejected material room, intermediate room and day storage for dispensed material 20 calibrated storage tanks from 10 KL to 40 KL are available to store various solvents in dedicated tanks. All tanks are equipped with sprinklers and bund walls.

• Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) & Water Recycling Program to maintain a Zero Discharge Facility and Multiple Effect Evaporation unit are under establishment.
• Facility Equipped with fully pressurized firefighting system and portable fire Extinguishers. Safety showers and eye washers are also available at various locations.
